Rocketry - My Rockets - Rocket Glider Z1
This is my first attempt at building a rocket glider from scratch. This was not a kit, but loosely based on some existing designs on the internet. I had to scavange pieces of body tube for the main engine mount assembly. The nosecone was custom made out of balsa wood.
The build is still in process, and there is still much to do but at least it's starting to look like a glider. If the design proves successful in flight then I'll build one more carefully and finished properly but as it's an experiment I don't want to spend too much time making it look pretty.
